L-tyrosine: any thoughts?? 💭

I’m awaiting meds (probably January)… in the meantime I’d read that L-Tyrosine can be helpful for dopamine release. I ordered some and took one but didn’t notice an effect that day. Just wondered if anyone takes them and what you thought of them?

It helped with mood for my son!

I tried some capsules I got from Amazon. These had a lead some of each Amino Acid-how much L-tyrosine was in there, I don't know. I didn't notice any changes good or bad. I stopped taking them when I ran out and did not reorder.

Are you still taking L-tyrosine and have you noticed any improvements?
