Would anybody know of Body Double groups that one can join on a daily basis to help support each other in the following-
1. Joint sharing of the goals/tasks for the day by time slots
2. Periodic Check-ins on progress made
I live alone, been recently diagnosed with Adult ADHD. I have trouble getting started or completing any task since I cannot focus for more than 20-30 minutes. However if somebody is present in the room (say via a Zoom session) or physically, I can then go on for long since there is some social interaction, at least I don't feel alone. A zoom partner can become each other's accountability partner. Through collaboration we can help each other break hard-wired mindsets and behavior patterns.
