I’ve been going through tritation and found that 3x 18mg of xenidate XL tablets seemed to mange my symptoms without being too much.
I’ve recently found that after trying a higher dose and dropping back down that I’m feeling more anxious with a higher blood pressure reading. I’ve been feeling more needing to move and been attacking tasks and trying to squeeze in too much. Has anyone else experienced this? I have had to lower my exercise to an injury but this seems too much of a difference.
I am tempted to drop my doesage lower to see if it is that or just changes in my personal situation (which don’t seem to be that much different).
This all comes just at point of agreeing on a 56mg tablet and to come off tritation.
Any thoughts or experience would be great.
Many thanks

Hi, Nicolai. I'm on a different med. (Vyanse/elvanse 20 mgs.). Going up on doses was hard for me and took about a month at each level (10, 15, and now 20 mgs. -- all under the normal starting does of 30 mgs.) to have fewer side effects. Some of us are more sensitive and our bodies need time to adapt. I had the bad anxiety and had to move around a lot at first to get some relief. My current dose seems just about right and anxiety is manageable -- worse when things are stressful, which is normal. Do you eat high protein around the time you take your meds? And avoid anything with Vitamin C at least 1 hour before and after taking it? Those two things have helped me gain a steadier level of effectiveness, with reduced side effects. Fast walking most days helps too. Hope you find relief soon!
