Hi all!

I came across this video and related to it so much! I thought you might enjoy it, feel validated, and want to share it with loved ones who you want to understand what it's feels like to live with ADHD.

Thanks for sharing that - it reminded me I need to go move the clothes to the dryer if I want underwear in the morning...😂

Thank you for sharing! I see myself in a lot of that. So many half-finished projects both at work and at home... And where did the pizza go?

Yep, I understand. I get so distracted, get the keys. Check make sure the stove burners are off. Yes, I have left things on the stove. The phone needs to be stapled to my head. Thank goodness Apple has the iphone app, but who wants everyone in the office to know you can't find your phone. Anytime, there was a lost phone, someone would ask me if it was mine. How embarrassing. Mostly jealous of the washer and dryer. I live in a 21 story building with only four dryers. Speaking of, I have to do that soon, the hamper is close to over flowing and there will be a mom check soon. Yes, my 84 yr old mother has to check on her 53 yr old daughter. Palm smack head. Humiliating.

Sounds all too familiar! It’s not humiliating, it’s great that your mother is so understanding and caring that she can support you. Everyone needs help or support in various aspects of life. So we need help with the little stuff, okay, but others need help with the big stuff. Just remember that and don’t be hard on yourself for being wonderfully different 😊
