are there any 12-step style meet ups for ADHD?

12-step meetings are a lifelong process for people who have a disease of some sort of addiction.

For people to tell stories and gain structure in their life.

They get their temptations and struggles off their chest. They have a process for recovery that is never ending.

It seems to me that to even be able to share the shit that we tend to go through my day with empetehtic people would ba good thing.

This group lists a lot of virtual support groups: add.org/adda-virtual-progra..., which runs this site, has some support groups .... I got lucky shortly after diagnosis when I found an adult adhd group in my area. Most groups seem to be for younger people.
