Thanks I have always knew that I had adhd but I never realized how much it affected my life how much I'm judged for it. I know people get really upset when they talk to me an i am looking at them and o have to ask what they said. It make me not confident to talk to people in public. I have been in a relationship for a long time and really he doesn't understand and gets mad when My best friend past last year and I have my kids but they are busy in there own lives now so going through empty nest also.
