Adult friends with ADHD

Hi, I have the Attention Decifit Disorder. I'm an adult, from Italy. I'm not looking for help but I'd like to chat with persons similar to me.

I see this not as a problem but as an opportunity to share a similar kind of sensibility, different from what considered avarage or normal.

Hi Andrea, nice to meet you. It's refreshing that you see ADHD as just a different way of thinking rather than a problem. Having it myself, I would say it has its problematic aspects but also its good side. I find the hyperfocus useful, and love the creativity that comes with it - it's not just for arty things, but also really handy in problem solving. I, too, want to just chat with others like me and share a similar view of the world and how we experience it.

Many persons with ADHD near the threshold limit maybe do not know to have it and do not partecipate to forums like this.

Maybe if syntoms are harder the situation could be more serious and difficult, so it cannot be taken easily.

I'd like to share opinions with persons near the threshold, who do not need to take medicines and who think that some characteristics of ADHD have also a positive side.
