I just joined this site a few minutes ago.

I have suspected that I have ADD since I was young, but my parents believe mental health is a myth. Anyone know of any therapists that could help me out? I would be willing to do Telehealth as well.

Hi! Also in MO! I’d suggest Brave Counseling. The unfortunate thing about them is that they don’t charge your insurance directly, you have to file the claim for your consultation. BUT my psychiatrist through them is amazing and for me it was important to have a female psychiatrist (I just feel like women support women, ya know?)
