Concerta 36 first day… energy and more accute eyesight… am i crazy?

Hello! Happy to join Im 43M and yesterday diagnosed with ADHD. All my life suffering so excited to begin the journey for a better life. Got prescribed concerta 36 ehich i took this morning for the first time at 10am (I also take lexapro for anxiety, nighttime). 6-7 hours in I feel good, but I feel alot of “energy” … ehich i think is good? I feel high but not high like im concious of every letter im tyoing you know? Not a negative feeling but more aware, more (a lot of) energy. Not sure if its placebo but I swear my sight is more sharp. I can see the letters as im typing with more detail…. Am I crazy? Again, (so far) im not feeling bad…. Just very different. Anyone has felt like this on concerta? Thanks for reading.

Although I've never taken concerta and lexapro never worked I would say... WELCOME TO THE REAL U... When I first started taking vyvanse 40mgs a.m. 30mgs afternoon I found myself on that same path. There's ups and downs. A constant watching of how u feel so the doctor can help along the way.... Half the battle is won what each of use does with the other half.. It can only take u higher.... Especially having this group here.....
