Hello! So I’m 22 and about year or so ago I realized I may possibly have ADHD. People with ADHD have recommended me to get help. However in a pandemic it feels impossible to find help. My insurance just emails me a list and after making like a few calls I give up. Because they either don’t take new patients or don’t do diagnosis for ADHD. What’s the best way to find a doctor? My primary care doctor is.... well let’s just say when I was expressing my concerns about my mental health she said “ we all have to do things we don’t want to”. When I told her I been struggling for years. I just brushed it off as being lazy up until now. I just want help and fast.

I’m currently doing therapy, I am in a support group, and my college has a mental health awareness club. I also have awesome parents and good friends. My suggestion would be to find support from your family or friends. And here is a good start. Good luck. 👍🏽🌺😊
