What has people’s experience been with Vyvanse vs Adderall XR? I’m taking 60mg of Vyvanse which is great for the 4-5 hours it’s working but the crash is becoming more difficult and just need a more prolonged focus. I’m leery to even go up to the 70mg. Has anyone had the same experience with Vyvanse but more success with the adderall xr? I haven’t asked my doc yet but is it possible to split the Vyvanse in half and dose twice a day?

In my opinion 70mg is very smooth and I take 30mg adderall
I use the 70 and then at 1 i do the 30 adderall.
