Hello,
you sure have tons of questions in regards to your tendencies, behavior and reactions. You should consider a therapist as these questions are (very) personal. Every ADHD adult has different sensory/kinesthetic sensitivities that seek comfort and instant gratification that provide satisfaction in different aspects of impulsivity and risky, adrenaline-seeking situations.
Sometimes, these behaviors can also be obsessive-compulsive behaviors that need professional guidance and intervention.
I appreciate your courage in asking this question on a public forum, but I think there are young people who might benefit from knowing that these things can happen and professional help and advise is better suitable.
Good luck!
Masturbation is a common release of sexual hormonal urges among men an women. This is becoming more prevalent during COVID of more people buying sex toys to gratify their sexual desires. However, I would advise against being obsessed with this and not masturbating in inappropriate places and exposing their private parts a la Harvey Weinstein. I also don’t know if U R a religious person, BTW I’m Jewish from
the Old Testament There was Oman who spilled his seed upon the ground and caused
God anger instead of masturbation to procreate. However I do think that U should speak to your therapist about this to give U more peace of mind and maybe even tweaking your Meds.
Have a good 2021. I’m here 4 U hugs 🤗

Hello St47,
Masturbation is generally a normal sexual activity and for most people one that is not cause for concern. Because of the chemical changes following orgasm, many people do feel more relaxed or less anxious afterwards. But if this activity is interfering with your daily life then it is time to discuss it with a professional. As others have pointed out, if you personally feel concerned about your masturbation habits, you should discuss them with your therapist or doctor. This is not the best forum to have this discussion.
Best wishes,
Karen
