Hello, Daunting indeed. It's like, "hey there firehose of information! Meet my tiny Loofah brain that can't possibly contain you all at once! Let alone keep you in separate filing cabinets!"
You can do this. Just don't give up. Med school messes with your mind and can skew your priorities. And doing it during Covid, no less?
Sending support and a virtual hug.
We're all here for you. If you aren't taking any medication well maybe you should look into what works, or if you are doing things without medication list some of the things you do I'm sure you are open to more suggestions. You will get through it!!
New here too. Nursing student who kept going in and out of college until I figured something must be wrong with my brain. Diagnosed early this year at 44yrs old. I’m hoping I can still attain my degree. ADHD, and age have been a bigger struggle than a decade ago but I’m not giving up. Utilizing hyper focus skills to accomplish this. Good luck! You can do this!
