I'm just getting back into ADHD management to get myself further down the road of self achievement. Anybody have any good recommendations. I'm in the Vancouver WA area if that's any help for localized resources. Thanks folks! Have a good one. Remember, we're not broken, we're freaking special yo!

I was an insurance defense paralegal

For over five and a year. One of by main

responsibilities was to analyze, organize and summarize large volumes of

Medical records. I was able to complete this successfully. The problems were that Ihad papers strewn i all over my Desk which caused me a lot of problems.

Just got the book" Healing ADD " by Dr Amen. It’s fascinating! 🤣❤
