I tried to schedule my routine , but the perfectionism inside my brain for trivial things making it impossible.
I’ll site an example, I need to sleep for 8 hrs and after waking up in the morning I want to make breakfast as well as to get ready too. If I eat my breakfast after getting ready, it’s worsening my OCD (trivial things like washing hands and mouth after breakfast make the sunscreen loose ). Applying lotion after breakfast is out of question since I can only allot 45 minutes max for all this routine before getting into my activities.
My brain is a mess even after taking 36mg of concerta. If anyone here help me out how to keep these kinda trivial things in check, that’d be great
