DOING ALL I CAN TO HELP

Now I have a diagnosis for my 44 year old son, father to 3, and married for 8 years. I want to know all I can about ADHD so I can help my son and his family towards a way that they can move forward. I'm hoping there are helpful strategies that work, or are at least worth a try.

I am new to this support group, but already after reading a few posts, I have learned something.

Hello, Jeeje~

Welcome to the group! Get your son to join as well, so that he can also experience the support and learn more.

If you've not yet read ADDitude Magazine, I highly recommend it. There are a lot of great articles on this site.

YouTube Jessica McCabe is super useful too.

The book called The ADHD Effect on Marriage is very helpful.

Best wishes on your son's journey and yours as well.
