Well recently for no reason I just got irritated and unleashed on my son. Immediately was sorry and apologized but it came out of nowhere. And at work apparently I have offended some people just with my personality not realizing it that not everybody understands my humor. Need to step back and try not to get too talkative and playful. Impulsiveness, procrastination, and overly sensitiveness has been the worse lately. Thanks for the response

If everyday you are trying. That’s what counts....no one is perfect. Hell at my job, I don’t quite have the lingo. They say I lack a filter but I call it cutting to the truth.

Hope that makes you feel better.

When I get overwhelmed things seem to snowball and take a life of their own perpetuating a list of bad things. You have a list that is rather long, but before you get overwhelmed by hearing that, if I was you in that situation I would take one item out of your list and work on it for a while. Whenever you feel like it has improved make it a habit by repetition and slowly bring in the next item.

Recently I hired a house cleaner because cleaning house was overwhelming me. Taking away the extra stimulation of all the things being not where they're supposed to be and the mess piling up made it easier to focus on the things that I needed to work on.

The reason why I shared the story of my house cleaner is the over stimulation feeling and insurmountable odds feeling when things stack up.

As I'm often reminded one step at a time, and accept simple help.
