When I first started with the community, I did not get a resounding overflow of support and enthusiasm ( Sorry but that is what I expected). I was super frustrated and wanted to delete my profile. But I stuck in there and now I have 4 followers??? I'm new to the sight and feel that I need to thank them for being interested in my jibber jabber. If your one of my followers..."THANK YOU!!!"

Anyway, if you are new to the community, stick in there. Ask the uncomfortable questions. Vent out your day, etc.

I try to embrace every new post and question as I can. We all know we need community on many different levels. But this online forum is better than nothing. I live in a small town, the only meetings around are for AA.

I hope one day I can start a ADD/ADHD meeting in my town. HELL I have my MSW!!

I am sorry that you didn't feel supported from this group. I am not sure why, but remember that I am there for you. It is exhilarating to see others who have similar experiences as me because I thought for years that it was only me! Take care!

I also belong to another group called ADHD FOR SMART A$$ WOMEN. This group has a much bigger following and may provide the reassurances you are looking for. Check it out.

So sorry about the late response! The reason you can’t find the group is because the name was changed. It is “Your ADHD Brain is A-O”. The group administrator accidentally changed the name 🤣
