Omega3 fatty acid problem

I have add. I tend to lower my blood pressure. This is why i have problems with omega3 fatty acid. It lowers my blood pressure. Reduced blood pressure put me at risk easily be fatigued or lowered energy level.

Omega3 fatty acids have been found to reduce blood pressure, which is great for people who have high blood pressure but not so great for people who run on the low side already. That being said, most ADHD meds raise blood pressure, so it balances things out for many of us.

Thanks. It makes sense. I don’t know whether it bad or good, i am not taking meds for more than a year.
