Managing ADHD in adulthood

I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 11 years old. It has been 10 years since my diagnosis. I noticed that when I went to college, I began to struggle more than ever with my executive functioning skills. How do you manage your ADHD? I currently take 50mg of Vyvanse. However, I feel like I need to do something to change my thoughts/behaviors.

Today, was feeling about as blue as ever. I felt like it was hopeless, but then I thought about all the things I am doing. Everything we do counts. Every action we take matters. Every action we take may mean not as blue the next time the blues hits.

I agree....today at work I helped a man understand his ADHD as he battles addiction. The more he learned the better success he will have with his recovery. Also, how he wants to go and talk to his family and one of his grandson's with ADHD. This was a great day!! Disregard that craziness of my work load, volatile and emotional clients, etc. I NEED MY WEEKEND!

Great post!
