Can I combine Vyvanse 60 mg in the am and 60 mgs of Aderal in the pm _

I just take Vyvanse 60 mg in the morning , I take Wellbutrin 300 mgs, Cymbalta 60 am and 30 mg in the pm...Ihave major depression I could not get out of my bed. I am not really an addict example left to use ambient in two days after 25 years every night I got scared of sleep walk , so quit and started with melatonin for 2 months dr prescribed temazepam at night iam ok, started cause I have like 60 pills left of my aderrall 30 mg am and pm I started to feel the crash and sleepy after aderal pills lately, Vyvanse I started 4 moths ago from 70 I told him that I felt too much so lower to 60, cause the Pandemic Codv-19 decided to use one aderrall in the pm with my Cymbalta of 30 mg...I feel so normal, not impulsiveness, focusing, thinking like never before feel normal is this ok to us e Vyvanse in the am and adrenal at pm 2 pm...am I doing wrong...do not know if I can use the adrenal 30 mg and Vyvanse 60 mg in the same day _ please help..My dr is not seeing me until may.. to ask.

If you take adderal in the evening you will have a hard time sleeping, it's a stimulant.

I believe that these are questions that must be answered by your prescribing doctor(s). In future, if you have ANY questions about dosages, combining meds. etc., please contact your doctor(s) right away. Even if your next appointment is still a ways out, you should be able to call the office and ask your questions. If your doctor refuses to answer them without you coming in for an appointment, please ask to either have it moved up, or request an emergency visit. If that doesn’t work, you could also talk to your pharmacist. My insurance plan has a 24/7 nurse advice line, so you could check into that possibility as well. I hope this helps.

I used to be rx'ed Vyvanse 70mg followed by 2 doses of 30mg adderall afterwards. Stimulant metabolism is very complex. The general guidelines are too broad and outdated. Ask your doctor about genetic testing. Some people are rapid metabolizers. There's no one size fits all dosage for everyone. Plus, amphetamine is highly affected by diet, hydration, etc.
