Hi everyone! I'm very new to this journey and just had a quick question. I'll make my story quick...I was on Wellbutrin but went off to try Adderall. Felt very strange on Adderall. My resting heart rate came down which was great because mine is usally higher and felt very calm and happy but also felt a little loopy and out of it. Decided to try Vyvance, however, at the time my Wellbutrin was also introduced back in (xl 300mg). I took only 10 mg of Vyvanse and felt great. Not loopy, I felt focused, and happy. However, as I was coming down from the Vyvanse (only after about four hours) I had a little Diet Coke (not much at all) to help with the crash. I all of a sudden had about 3 or 4 little heart flutters that freaked me out. Is this normal? I wasn't sure if that meant my heart couldn't take this type of med. I didn't know if the diet coke could have caused this or the fact that I was on Wellbutrin as well? I have a call into my doctor but with everything going on I have not heard back so I figured I'd through the question out to the group. I'm afraid to take it again but I felt great on it. Also, is maybe another stimulant (like Quillivant or focalin) easier on the heart issue or are they all the same basically?
Thanks so much! So thankful I found this site. All the posts and comments have been so helpful and supportive.
