I'm a non-ADHD partner to my ADHD spouse and I'm looking for some support resources. Are there any active support groups or other resources that you know of for non-ADHD partners? I need a place to vent and share my challenges and get advice from others in similar situations, and just to help me get through. Bonus points for anything local in St. Louis, MO but online resources are great, too.
I've already joined group and do a lot of learning about ADHD and how to support my spouse in his journey... now, I'm looking for some help for myself.

I have the same questions-- Not for me but for my spouse. We are having rough patch and I know it would be helpful if he had a community to vent and gain advice.
I am new to the site and just now after being diagnosed for 10 years, learning more about ADHD and how to cope. I guess I always just thought "nope not me" but after finally reading more, it's all 100% me.
I haven't found anything local (I'm in CO) but am a member of a great Facebook group called ADHD Spouses Support. A great place to vent and understand that you're not alone. It also opened my eyes to see that some of the things my spouse does aren't just him being a jerk, but part of adult ADHD. Good for perspective.
