Hi all, last year I published a book on Inattentive ADHD, and after some positive results, the book is now available on Paperback for anyone who is interested.
Here is the description and link incase anyone is interested.
"My goal is to give the reader a metaphorical pair of glasses that will demonstrate the point of view of someone who lived 25 years of their life with undiagnosed Inattentive ADHD, or what I like to call, the lesser known subtype of ADHD. In this manner I will take the reader through the common difficulties and immense struggles people with this condition and their families go through within the life cycle, by giving examples of what I myself went through and what solutions and help options there are. A diet plan, behavioral interventions, and education on the ADHD brain are just some of the many facets discussed in the book.
I have this type of ADHD and have downloaded on Amazon Kindle as I'm in the UK. Will give you feedback when I'm done - obviously you might need to remind me if you remember!!
I just purchased the kindle version of this today. I look forward to reading it. It’s rare for someone with your knowledge (schooling) and insight (lives with the condition) to offer free and detailed information (example, your supplement suggestions coupled with when and why). I started meds at 41 and am still trying to wrap my head around having this condition while being misdiagnosed for way too long. It stuns me every day as I’m researching and constantly coming across things I never knew were related to that. It’s frustrating, but also freeing. Anyway, just want you to know that I’m thankful for accidentally finding you, as you were simply replying to someone’s question when I did. Btw, I happened to already have some expired tyrosine in my medicine cabinet (pretty rare for most people I bet lol), so I was able to start right away. It has def helped the crashes I was getting 6 hours into my Vyvanse, causing bad anxiety (which I have separately) and irritability. I plan to add your other suggestions soon. Thank you for being so generous with your knowledge. Truly.
Hi there, thank you, and thank you for your kind words. I hope the information brings you the help/relief you're looking for. If you have any questions feel free ask.
Just jumping on to say i read your book yesterday and it was excellent. Very insightful and i literally read cover to cover. My 10 year old has inattentive and is on meds and doing very well at school (since we started them) but before that pretty much everything consistent with your book. Fairly sure i have PI as well as much of the content on adult life mirrored my own experiences. Anyhow thankyou - really enjoyed the read and very informative.
