Just now, I know what is wrong with me and it's not my fault...

I saw a YouTube video with Dr. Thomas E. Brown and he's brilliant! I recently got to know I must have had ADHD all my life and I didn't know. My life has been hell: I have no carreer, no relationship, no one that cares for me, procrastinate a lot, things happening to me like something or somebody is inside me manipulating me and my actions against my will and at school I had issues so that I ended up not finishing university. It has been a lot of suffering because I ended up having OCD, nobody understood me and I always felt guilty and not good enough. From my experience, I feel that is plausible that OCD derives from ADHD because of automatic rumination, which is a prevalent symptom of ADHD and is so recurrent that might change the chemistry of the brain so much that you end up over using the frontal lobe which, in turn, leads to those thoughts and fears of insecurity and not manage self-control at a point that you end up using mechanisms like the OCD rituals and magic numbers in order to deal with one's anxiety. What would Dr. Thomas E. Brown think about this? Thank you.
