First therapy session

I had my first therapy session yesterday. It was as I expected, a lot of questions about me, my background, and my goals. I think it’s going to be a good match though, she was really nice (and she had a basket of fidgets!). I’m looking forward to seeing her again in 3 weeks.

That is great for you and I strongly urge you to set some goals with her help. It will be quite satisfying for you once you see your goals set and then follow through. Glad that you have that structure mechanism in your life. Well wishes on your journey.
