I taped the morning list on my bathroom mirror, and the afternoon and evening list on my kitchen cupboard. At first I had to look and think about it all the time. Then it got easier. For me, every time I completed a task I gave myself a sticker (not literally) but my confidence was boosted and by the end of the three months it was automatic and I also knew what didn’t need to be done every day so modified it

My daily routine for 3months
Cool! I have a morning routine that I developed kind of unintentionally, but it certainly helps me relax more when I can tell if I'm on track or running behind or ahead of schedule. I always make sure to give myself time to dilly-dally or get distracted because I know it will happen so I might as well plan for it. It's also nice to not have to think too hard about what's left to do and what I've already done.
I also want to do it but I seriously struggle with motivation part. I am not depressed but I m not doing much . I am not on any medication. But functional enough to carry daily life work a job an₹ maintain a relationship.
I got an idea maybe you can start small... pick one or two things on the list you commit to for at least 30 days everyday
I know that feeling and I don’t know what say about motivation. Right now I want loose 40lbs badly but what keeps me from succeeding? Maybe it’s my motivation too? I hate it because I’m not happy with how I look and feel
