I had to explain to my wife what i was chortling about. I think she got it but she might have just been humoring me.

Her name is Kim Kensington Psy.D.

I sort of rabbit-holed and found out a bit more about here. She's spoken a bit in a few places and written a book to help create habits in our daly routine. Another book that amazon is very willing to send me. Might need to work on impulse control in conjction with initiating actions... Not looking for more books now... Stop it...

I would TOTALLY invest in her anti-procrastination couch! (Though that would require getting over my current procrastination. It's another vicious cycle)

It's only in paper back so delayed gratification practice commences, I'm pretty sure I'll be ok.

What was life like when speed was seen as how fast a horse could actually run. Single horse-power

*starts looking at historical accounts of waiting for deliveries, mail order catalogs, sears-robuck, the actually Wells-Fargo Wagon, The Pony Express...* stop it. Go and do laundry.
