Trying to apply for jobs online is driving me crazy! Constantly having issues and all the work and effort to submit an application. One road block after another .

I hear you. Some of them take three hours. Other applications ask stupid questions that are personality-based because being ethical and knowing your shit really well aren't good enough; you also have to know how to navigate their office politics and they need to know that you're the kind of worker who can be made a scapegoat of and take it like a champ aka do you fit into their work culture. Hm, gee, I don't know... if it's vulture culture, then nooooo. I often think the worst part of the job hunting process is people asking about a certain work social network site they dont see you on. How inspiring it must be to read my entire life story before we even make eye contact. I think next time somebody mentions that to me I'm gonna be like "oh, I'm sorry did you want to stalk me on the Internet first?" Why even have a resume? Everything you read online is true.
I just love all the personality tests companies make you take now too. Like I don't already have enough anxiety about my downfalls!
