Ooook I dunno what Zape’s issue is but they are dangerously misinformed. For most people, stimulants like Ritalin will be the most effective way to treat ADHD symptoms. As any reputable doctor will tell you, while they do carry some risk, for most people they are safe and nonaddictive when used correctly and according to the instructions of your prescribing doctor.
If you’re having issues with your medication your best bet is to talk with your doctor so that they can help you change your medication or dosage levels to best treat your symptoms.
