On disability due to my epilepsy and Adhd

after being diagnosed with ADHD on top of my epilepsy and memory loss due to all the medications I've taken over the years. Iam lost and continue to hurt my family and friends verbally. My husband knows my situation and was very supportive of my situation, however when ever he pushes my buttons and we fight he uses it against me, I a loser with disabilities living of the system. I try to defend myself but what is saying it true. I hope I am not crazy? Help with solutions as I need them badly. Ty
