I'm really struggling with ADD right now. Currently I'm unmedicated (unless you count Wellbutrin) due to other health issues I'm trying to get under control. This makes my day-to-day life very challenging. I've been medicated before (Adderall and Strattera at different points), and that really made a difference. Without meds I'm doing the best I can to get a good night's sleep every night and get regular exercise. These don't come close to supplanting meds, but I need every little bit of help I can get, especially at work where it can be excruciatingly painful to try to get myself on task and keep myself on task. Only we ADDers are able to understand that kind of pain.

Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. Hopefully I can develop a support community here because I'm not very good at that kind of thing either.
