Are you a parent of a child with ADHD?
Research shows parents of children with ADHD experience three times more stress than their peers, yet often, professional support focuses mainly on the child.
I am a positive psychologist, a doctoral researcher at Oxford Brookes University in the UK and a neurodivergent mum of two boys with ADHD. As part of my doctorate, I would like to invite you to take part in a global online research study focusing on supporting parents raising children (aged 5-18 years) with suspected or diagnosed ADHD.
The study explores whether short, flexible self-coaching activities using positive psychology can help reduce stress and improve well-being in parents while creating a positive ripple effect for their families.
The recruitment window has a very short window (now extended until 26 March).

All those who consent to take part will receive FREE unconditional access to ‘The ADHD Parenting Toolkit’, at the end of the study in June. This toolkit contains a compilation of online video resources and step-by-step guides for managing challenging behaviours, improving communication, and positively nurturing your child’s developing mind.
