overwhelmed mom

hello everyone, just needed to vent and complain if you can call it that. I’ve been waiting to know if my 6 year old in fact had adhd as his behaviors were so hard to distinguish since he does have hearing loss and finally his doctor told me what I suspected all along. I am struggling with getting a routine established as he does have 2 brothers and they ask questions and I’m just not sure how to explain to them why we have to do things a little differently regarding his new diagnoses. I am trying to do research and figure out what I can try first for him but I’m just overwhelmed. I am searching for a behavior therapist, he seems to do well in school there are no complaints from his teacher as far as behavior and I’m hoping it stays that way. Any one have any suggestions I can start with? I’m working on a visual routine board for him and a visual timer but that’s about as far as I’ve gotten
