Hey all ADHD mommy's, I'm totally new to this social stuff so bare with me😁 I'm a single mother of four amazing children who are my world,e and my oldest daught share the ADHD issues I sadly have only my mother as help or any support, some please give me some guidance or resources. 😟

hi! Well now you have us! Welcome aboard. I have a 12 year old boy with adhd. We are stil trying to navigate thru medication to help right now. I think right now our main area of issue is school and screen time. He hates school and loves his games! Medication seems to give more issues if not at the lowest dose. Emotional deregulation is a biggie too. Feel free to ask away or just read wha to there have to say.
