I would start with you tube channels ADHD_love and How to ADHD. If either of those work for you, try their books.
hi! Well now you have us! Welcome aboard. I have a 12 year old boy with adhd. We are stil trying to navigate thru medication to help right now. I think right now our main area of issue is school and screen time. He hates school and loves his games! Medication seems to give more issues if not at the lowest dose. Emotional deregulation is a biggie too. Feel free to ask away or just read wha to there have to say.
