Hi, does anyone have any resources or information that would help with school/work overload, anxiety and school avoidance. Currently have a teen diagnosed with ADHD, struggling with these issues.

Hello Hidden,
I'm surprised there are not more responses. I would recommend an ADHD coach to work with you and your teen. They can help you understand your child better and help the child understand ADHD better to calm the inner critic that is constantly fueled by school/societal messaging. I have a Tools for Parenting & ADHD course coming up in early March.
There are lots of options for coaches out there. CHADD and ADDitudemag.com have lists you can search. Or look for a CBT - cognitive behavioral therapy - and ADHD specific therapist to work with. I recommend psychologytoday.com as a great place to start.
There are a lot of books out there about ADHD I recommend Dr. Hallowell's ADHD 2.0 as a great overview of ADHD with new brain science research cited as well. It is an easy read and you can find it on Amazon - of course!
I hope that helps,
