Get ADHD diagnosed in BOISE IDAHO

Looking for a good clinician to go to to get my 4 year old son evaluated in the Boise Idaho area. Please tell me who you saw here. The good and bad please!

I have a dear friend (who is an accomplished professional and I would trust her opinion) was recently diagnosed with ADHD at 52 by Dr. Hoopes at Live Well Psychiatry in Meridian, ID. I don't live in Idaho but my friend used to live in my area and we remain very close friends. His practice has several providers and I know they see kids and adults. I don't know if they will see someone as young as 4. My friend was very impressed and happy with the care so far. She says his care has completely enriched and improved her life. She has spoken very highly of him. I don't know anything about what insurance the group takes, etc, so I'm sorry I can't give you that information. I hope this is helpful!

I don’t live in Boise, but I have a friend there. She said she couldn’t recommend someone to do an evaluation, but she does highly recommend a pediatrician who might be helpful: Aaron Dykstra at Functional Medicine of Idaho
