What Micronutrient/Vitamins do you give to your child (and do they help?).

Looking for a broad spectrum micronutrient to give to my 12 year old boy. My son is diagnosed with ADHD/DMDD and has had signs of depression/irritability since he was 5/6. We have never been consistent with vitamins. I want to start being consistent for at least 6 months.

So many options and brands! Would love ONE OR TWO pills/liquids max?

Any easy solutions? Figure this out is making my brain hurt!

The research really hasn't shown any benefit unless the child was already seriously deficient in something. Be wary of products making promises on this front, because there is little regulations limiting what they can claim, as well as what's actually in the bottle.

Our daughter’s psychologist recommended Hardy Nutritionals “Daily Essential Nutrients” along with Hardy Amino Acid supplement. They are fairly large capsules but the powder could be poured into a smoothie.
