Vibrating reminder watch?

For my 14 year old son, I’m looking for a simple vibrating reminder watch that can be customized with messages. I’ve looked at Revibe and Watchminder3. But are there any other simpler watches? Don’t want a smartwatch with all of the other app distractions. Reminderwatch.com Looked ideal but it appears to require an android app with phone nearby to work . Don’t have android phone. Thanks!

My 17 year old grandson has a smartphone that he sets timers on. I know you said you didn't want a smartphone but I'm sure the same could be done with a simple cell phone. And it could be set to vibrate instead of instead of ringing.

He sets an alarm to get up, and alarm to take his meds et cetera.

We used the Watchminder 3 and it did not need a cell phone. It is Pretty easy to use and you can set a lot of different reminders. The only problem for my son is that he gets so distracted by watches and ends up playing with them at school. I am hoping as he gets older we can go back to it.
