Neurofeedback: Is it effective

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has tried neurofeedback therapy. I have a 12 year old and was wondering about trying it. I think its not FDA approved as a therapy but there are studies out there. Any feedback?

I tried it for migraines and it did not help. It takes a lot of concentration to do. Good luck

My daughter did about eight sessions when she was 14 (16 now) and she said she didn’t notice any difference.
