I’m so sad, I was linked to this site through a Facebook recommendation and I accidentally X’d out of it. There is a member on here who is/was going for a psychologist degree who had a list of supplements and a blog and YouTube channel. If you know who it is, or if you are reading this can you post the links here? The first recommendation was NALT, then I think l-tryptophan, melatonin and flaxseed oil. It was after that that I lost the page.
