Hello my friends,

Ashwagandha Powder. I have done a bit of reading about it and wonder if anyone out there has tried it on their child? Our daughter is 15yrs and has autism. I have done a bit of reading reading about the product and interested in trying it out for our daughter.

Thanks

I haven’t tried the powder, but psychiatrist recommended Stress Ball gummies for our daughter when she has trouble getting to sleep. This product has melatonin and ashwagandha. The gummies work pretty well for helping her get to sleep and sleep through the night, and we were able to find them at Walmart.

Thank you so much. We do use a low strength of melatonin 1mg and will check out the Stress ball gummies, I have seen it on television. Thank you so much.
