My step daughter was diagnosed with ADHD a couple of months ago, she is 5. She is very hyper, can’t sit still very long and doesn’t complete a task once she starts it. A lot of times she gets very irritated when trying to focus on something. We also struggle with her not listening or following directions and attitude so we decided to try Brilla. At school she has bad behavior reports 2-3 days out of every week. It’s been almost 3 weeks so far and we haven’t noticed a difference yet. She is definitely still very hyper and seems to have the same behavior all around. I will come back in another couple of weeks to post an update. We want to give it enough time to start working.. after reading all of the amazing life changing reviews we can only hope we have the same experience. We didn’t want to do adderal for her we wanted an over the counter remedy.

Just curious, have you listened to any of Dr. Russell Barkley talks, he is a leading expert on ADHD. I think he will help you understand ADHD and best treatment methods.

Hope this helps.

I tried it on my son and did begin to see a difference in reduced hyperactivity but the lack of focus was still there. I had to take him off Brillia because he is taking a seizure med and it was altering the seizure med, making it stronger.

Thank you so much for this post! I just posted asking if any parent on here have tried Brillia for their child with ADHD. We have had a very tough 2 years with our son having tantrums at school and at home. He is 5 and was diagnosed with ADHD. We tried adderall and it made him more aggressive. So PLEASE let us know if it helps. Thank you.

Just curious has your son seen a psychiatrist? Have you also started thearpy and since he is in school he qualifies for an educational plan. These tools help the most.

Hope these suggestions help..it is a long journey and things just get harder.

Welcome!
