Question about product:Omega Focus JR

Does anyone have experience with givivng Omega Focus JR to 12 year old boy ,my son was dg with ADHD 2 years ago ,treateing only in a natural ways ,just discovered this product would appriciate if someone tried to share experience and positive and negative side effects.Thank you

We tried it with our 9 year old son (ADHD combined type) for a month. Unfortunately it had no effect at all.

We havent tried it. We use Accentrate for my son. It has omega-3s in the form that the brain uses. The fish oils don't. So it's not all absorbed in the brain. It also has a lot of vitamins that also are in the form that cross the blood brain barrier. It's been helpful for my son.

Most data I've seen shows that Omega supplements really only help if there is an underlying omega nutrient deficiency. Any other results have been highly inconsistent and only looking at for short durations.

I have been using omega 3 for my daughter and it’s improved her bahavior and a bit more focused only negative I see is she is a little tired sometimes. For me I have just started trying different natural things, up until now nothing helped so I’m Greatful for the little progress .
