I have a 7 years old boy, who has been diagnotised with ADHD last month. Unfortunately, therapy is extremely expensive in our country and we can't afford IT... Și I am looking for advice...

I can relate to you as well therapy is very expensive, and we lack the resources where we live as well. What are you trying right now?

If therapy isn't an option, check to see if your child's school has a counseling center. In some cases like in the area where I live, a counselor rotates between a couple of schools. Counselors sometimes conduct groups like social skills groups, help kids learn how to organize their binders and desks (and keep them organized by checking on them regularly), and teach them how to change their thinking by meeting with them regularly and teaching them positive thinking skills.

Check also for free or low-cost community classes which can teach different skills for your child: classes like bully blockers or even yoga which can teach your child how to deep breath and be calm.
