I noticed that more and more grand parents are joint the conversation on ADHD, LD, and other problem related to ADHD.

WELCOME!!!

Are you helping raise your grand kids or are you raising them?

I am here because I am helping my daughter raise her son. I found this community a few months ago and it has been if tremendous help. What have you seen or experienced since raising your children?

I am like the parent to my grandson without will the legal rights, I have been allowed to made if the patenting decisions and have been by her side every step of the way in all of the decision making.

Now I feel I have gone to far when I went to medication and didn't tell her till he gad been taking the meds for a fews days. It shiwed us what life could be like in on them and now we're back to life without them.

Please feel free to share your experiences.

My daughter is bipolar and finally at a point where she is somewhat stable so I raised her two kids for 12 years. One of them now lives with her off and on the other ones still lives with me full time. I had medical power of attorney but not custody. However none of the kids teachers have ever met her. Neither have the doctors
