Rough week

This past week was rough my 6year old refused his meds at school which led to him acting out so bad he ended going to the psych ward of the hospital for over 6hours 😭 today he has his new intake at hopefully a place that can really guide him and help me cope better with his aggressive behaviors I just really feel at a loss lately

I'm sorry it's so hard watching them struggle. Even harder when they refuse to let you help them. I hope all goes better this week.

I struggle to give meds as well. He started cheeking them as well. They make him feel light headed and I wish with all my might that we can someday find a way to make them feel better.

I am so sorry you and your beautiful son went thru this. I don’t understand the psych ward part? That must have been traumatizing. He will get better as he matures. Just keep talking to him and supporting him. Tell him this too shall pass. He will be an amazing adult. I know I am and only discovered I had it by seeing my son struggle. Hang in there. Love that boy up!!
