Krill oil?

I have heard that krill oil can have very positive effects on adhd. My son is currently on the lowest dose of methylphenidate and it's working wonders to help him at school. Has anyone had good experience using krill oil either alone or with a medication?

That's good to hear. I also take stimulant medication for my condition. Krill is a great supplement to take along with the medication because of its Omega 3 EPA/DHA content. I take Flaxseed oil for that same reason. Tried krill oil and started breaking out like a teenager in a bad 80s movie (good thing theres multiple options).

I would also recommend the supplement CoQ10 to protect the heart and keep heart rate and blood pressure down, since most stimulants do that. Unfortunately after using stimulants, over time some negative side effects can start occurring.

Here is a list of the supplements I take along with my medication, and why I take them, incase you are interested.
