Hi Everyone!

I just want to share this with you as an possible resource, especially for those that are homeschooling their kid(s). I'm not a paid advertiser for them and I don't get paid in any way by promoting them. Our family have worked with the creators of the program before with coaching and mentoring (not ADHD related). Long story short they helped my husband opening up to new possibilities and thought process and improved our relationships at home.

Alt Ed Academy is a new online education platform designed to be highly interactive, using a variety of opportunities for engagement for children with shorter attention spans and varied learning styles, from auditory to visual to kinesthetic, these activities are layered throughout the program. Each course is broken down into several digestible modules. They also use the latest in education technology and gamification, as well as a built-in social platform similar to Facebook, to be used to bounce ideas and upload progress for peer and mentor review. They have weekly student-led, moderated community calls, too. This increases student interest, engagement and completion of courses while taking the pressure off of parents to hawk over their kids!
