Day 4 on Ritalin not liking it my 9yr old is having nightmares a lot but we're both trying to give it a chance any diet recommendations or vitamins I am really not liking stimulants due to addiction running heavy in my family

We had to put my grandson on Straterra because stimulants caused him major problems.

Sometimes side effects go away with time but sometimes they continue to get worse. Make notes and carefully monitor your child's behavior.
